  1. 1Turn the air conditioner off and switch it off at the breaker, as Fujitsu's manual says to before cleaning.
  2. 2Open the intake grille (the front panel).
  3. 3Lift each air filter's handle, release its lower tabs and pull the air filters out.
  4. 4On the back of each air filter, unclip the air cleaning filter holder (it hooks or latches on at the corners, depending on the model), take the old filter out and fit the new one. Use a new filter soon after opening the pack.
  5. 5Clip the holders back onto the air filters, slide the air filters back in so their lower tabs sit in the holes in the panel, then close the intake grille firmly.
