- 2Open the filter compartment (on the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4, the magnetic filter door) and lift out the old filter by its strap.
- 3Take the new filter out of its packaging, fit it with the strap at the top and close the compartment.
- 4Switch on. A genuine Xiaomi filter is recognised by its RFID tag, so there is no manual reset. If the purifier asks for a genuine filter, refit the filter, switch off at the wall for 10 seconds and restart.
