- 1Switch off and unplug, lift the goblet or mill off the power unit and empty it.
- 2Unscrew the blade assembly by turning it to the unlocked position, taking care with the sharp blades.
- 3Remove the old sealing ring and fit the new one into the blade unit, located correctly in the grooved area.
- 4Screw the blade assembly back on and check the marks on the goblet and blade assembly line up, so it is fully tightened.
