How long it lasts

After replacing: No reset. Omron's manuals describe no cuff-replacement reminder.

How to change the HEM-CR24 cuff

Watch the guide or follow the steps.

No clear video for this part yet. The steps cover it.

  1. 1Turn the monitor off. Hold the plastic air plug at the base of the tube and pull it straight out of the air jack; don't pull on the tube.
  2. 2Keep the old air plug. Omron says it can be fitted to the new cuff if the new cuff needs it.
  3. 3Push the new cuff's air plug into the air jack firmly until it clicks.
  4. 4Put the cuff on your bare upper arm with the bottom edge 1–2 cm above the inside of the elbow and the air tube on the inside of the arm, in line with your middle finger. Wrap it firmly.
  5. 5Check your arm is within the range printed on the cuff: 22–32 cm for the HEM-CR24.
