  1. 1Wash your hands, pull the cup front away from the breast shield and remove the valve.
  2. 2Peel the old diaphragm off the breast shield.
  3. 3Wash and sanitise the new diaphragm and make sure it is completely dry.
  4. 4Work the diaphragm rim over the breast shield lip with your fingers until it sits flush and secure, then push the valve back on.
  5. 5Push the breast shield and cup front together, checking the cup seal is fully covered by the frosted lip.
