How to assemble Elvie Stride · Elvie (official)

1Wash your hands and pull the cup front away from the breast shield using the finger grips.
2Pull the old valve out of the breast shield.
3Wash and sanitise the new valves and let them dry fully.
4Push the new valve onto the breast shield, together with the diaphragm.
5Push the breast shield and cup front together so there are no gaps all the way round.
