- 2Check the new tubing is clean and dry; Medela says tubing only carries air, so it does not normally need washing.
- 3Push the short end of the tubing into the connector on each pump set.
- 4Push the long end into the pump unit as far as it will go.
- 5If you pump one side only, plug the unused short end into the tubing holder.
