- 1Wash your hands and unscrew the pump body from the bottle.
- 2Remove the old white valve by gently pulling the ribbed tab on its side.
- 3Clean the new valve as the manual says, rubbing it gently between your fingers; don't push objects into it.
- 4Push the new white valve into the bottom of the pump body.
- 5Screw the pump body back onto the bottle and check the suction before expressing.
