How to change the SPEC-BF-MEM breast pump valve

Watch the guide or follow the steps.

Assembling the S1 or S2 Pump Parts & Accessories · Spectra Baby USA (official)
  1. 1Wash your hands, take the backflow protector off the breastshield and pull its two pieces apart.
  2. 2Lift out the old diaphragm.
  3. 3Sterilise the new diaphragm before first use and let it dry completely.
  4. 4Insert the diaphragm into the bottom piece (the one that joins the breastshield) so it sits snugly, and curl its lip around the rim.
  5. 5Press the top piece over the bottom piece and diaphragm, then refit the protector and tubing.
