How do I fit the 1122519?
No tools, a few minutes: 5 steps, listed on this page with the replacement video where the maker has one.
What happens if I don't change it?
A blocked filter restricts the air the machine draws in, and a torn one lets dust and pollen through; the manual says when to replace it.
Is there anything to reset afterwards?
Nothing to reset: the DreamStation shows a filter reminder every 30 days, but Philips says it is a reminder only and the machine cannot tell when a filter has been changed.
