- 1Unplug the dishwasher, turn off its tap and let it cool, then pull out the lower basket. Take care: there may be broken glass in the sump.
- 2Turn the filter combination anticlockwise and lift it out.
- 3Pull out the metal filter, then pull the coarse filter out of the micro filter.
- 4Rinse each part under running water.
- 5Refit the metal filter, slide the coarse filter into the micro filter with the marks lined up, then turn the combination clockwise until the arrow shows it is locked.
- 6To replace a damaged filter, fit the new one in its place the same way and check it locks in.
