Bosch fridge water filters are sold under the UltraClarity and UltraClarity Pro names, each with an eight-digit part number such as 11032531, 11050659, 11034152 and 11048053. Bosch says to replace the filter about every six months or when the fridge's filter indicator light comes on. Bosch provides a filter finder that searches by fridge model number, and recommends only filters approved for your model.

It sits behind a fold-down cover in the fridge ceiling at the top left, comes out with a quarter turn, and the fridge lights a filter indicator every six months. Bosch says it reduces chlorine, chloramines, lead, sediment, pharmaceuticals, mercury, asbestos, turbidity and cysts; it does not remove bacteria.

Bosch notes that KAD62 / KA62 / K5930 / K5920 fridges use 00740560 instead and externally filtered models use 00750558.

Bosch lists it as the replacement for 11028820, 11028821, 11028825, 00740574 and 00741509, the numbers under which the same filter was sold (third-party sellers still call it 644845 or 740560). Six-monthly change; reduces chlorine taste and odour.
