    GC002/00 is the Philips Pure Steam anti-scale cartridge for the PerfectCare Pure steam generator sold in Australia as GC7635/30. It filters scale from tap water inside the base. Change it when the ANTI-CALC light flashes and the unit beeps; Philips puts one cartridge at about 3 months of ironing. Philips Australia's catalogue marks GC002/00 as deleted (production ended 2021); the manual also names GC004.

    Change it every 3 months; 5 steps, no tools.

    After the change: No reset button: when the ANTI-CALC light keeps flashing, replace the cartridge. After fitting a new one, press and hold the steam trigger for about 10 seconds until steam comes out.

    Fits the GC7635.
