How to change the 80090533 air filter

- 1Stop the engine and let it cool, then disconnect the spark plug wire and keep it away from the plug.
- 2Open the air filter assembly cover and take out both foam elements.
- 3Wash them in liquid detergent and water and squeeze them dry in a clean cloth. If the dirt will not wash out, fit the new kit: Victa says to replace both elements together.
- 4Soak the foam in clean engine oil, then squeeze out the excess in a clean cloth.
- 5Refit the elements the right way round with no gaps at the corners, then close the cover. Victa says not to use compressed air or solvents on the foam.
