How long it lasts

Replace it when the tray light turns solid red: up to 30 days with one cat, PETKIT Australia says.

After replacing: No reset: the tray light shows solid green once a new tray is fitted correctly.

How to change the CR1-G-4 litter tray

Watch the guide or follow the steps.

PUROBOT CRYSTAL DUO | Video on Installation, Usage, and Maintenance · PETKIT SINGAPORE

1When the tray light stays solid red, or the app shows the tray as Expired, unplug the box, lift the main unit and take out the used tray.
2Put the used tray in a bin bag and throw it away.
3Wipe the waste trap lid, rake and main unit with a damp tissue.
4Fit the new tray with its identification sticker on the same side as the camera, pour the crystal litter in evenly and lower the main unit.
5Plug in. Solid green means the tray is fitted correctly; flashing red means turn it around.
