- 1Turn the robot off at the power supply and unplug the cable. Take the robot out of the pool, let it drain and lay it upside down on a flat, clean surface.
- 2Grip the old brush firmly at one end and pull it away from the roller until it slides off.
- 3Line the new brush up with the roller grooves and push it on, starting at one end and working across.
- 4Check the brush is centred with no loose ends or gaps, then spin the roller by hand to make sure it moves freely.
- 5Replace every brush the model takes (2 or 4), then run a short cycle to check the robot grips and climbs.
