How long it lasts
Replace it when the mesh is torn, cracked or worn at the edges, or stays brown or green after a deep clean, Maytronics says; rinse it after every cycle and deep-clean it about once a month.
After replacing: No reset needed. Robots with a filter indicator on the power supply or app clear it after the filter is cleaned and a new cycle starts; the manual for your model has the details.
How to change the 9991459-ASSY pool cleaner filter
Watch the guide or follow the steps.
- 1Switch off and unplug the power supply. Use the floating cable to bring the robot to the edge, then lift it out by its handle (never by the cable) and let the water drain.
- 2Open the filter cover; the handle lifts up by itself.
- 3Lift out the old net canister or filter basket.
- 4Drop the new canister or basket into place and close the filter cover.
