- 1Turn the pump off, close the valves and open the air relief valve until the gauge reads zero.
- 2Release the lock ring and lift off the lid.
- 3Lift out the cartridge and hose it clean, or fit a new one.
- 4Refit the cartridge on its centre core, check the lid O-ring, refit the lid and lock ring, then restart and bleed the air.
