  1. 1Switch the steam mop off and unplug it. The pad and the mop foot may be hot, so let them cool.
  2. 2Pull the used pad off the mop foot by its Quick Grip Release tab at the back.
  3. 3Wrap the new pad around the bottom of the foot with the grey stitching at the front and the Quick Grip Release tab at the back.
  4. 4Machine-wash used pads in warm water with non-bleach liquid detergent; no fabric softener or bleach. Air-dry them.
  5. 5Do not store the mop standing on a wet pad: it can leave white marks on the floor.
