How long it lasts
Replace it when the bag is full, Kärcher says, and sooner if you vacuum a lot of fine dust or sand, because an overfull bag can split. Take the bag out for wet vacuuming.
After replacing: No reset. These vacuums have no bag-full indicator.
How to change the 2.863-314.0 dust bag
Watch the guide or follow the steps.
- 1Switch the vacuum off and pull out the mains plug; on a battery model, take out the battery pack.
- 2Open the container closure and lift off the device head.
- 3Pull the full bag off the inlet inside the container and throw it away.
- 4Unfold the new bag fully, push its collar onto the inlet and press it on firmly.
- 5Put the device head back on and lock it. Leave the cartridge filter in place: Kärcher says to use the bag as well as the filter for fine dust.
