1Unplug the motor base and wait for the blades to stop, then lift the cup off and turn it upright.
2Unscrew the old blade. The blades are sharp: hold it by the base.
3Leave the gasket in the new blade; NutriBullet says it isn't removable, and a blade whose gasket comes out has to be replaced.
4Fill the cup no higher than the MAX line, twist the new blade on until it is tightly sealed, then fit the cup to the motor base.
5Wash on the top rack of the dishwasher or by hand; never the bottom rack or a heat or sanitise cycle.
