- 1Unplug the motor base. Once the blades stop, twist the cup anticlockwise to unlock it and lift it off.
- 2Turn the cup right side up and untwist the old cross blade, holding it by the base: the blades are sharp.
- 3Check the new blade turns freely and its gasket is in place.
- 4Fill the cup, twist the new cross blade on until the cup and blade are firmly sealed, then fit the cup to the motor base.
