How to change the blade in your NutriBullet Triple Prep System

- 1Unplug the motor base. When the blades stop, twist the cup anticlockwise to unlock it and lift it off.
- 2Turn the cup upright and unscrew the old blade, holding it by the base: the blades are sharp.
- 3Leave the seal in the new blade; NutriBullet says it isn't designed to come out.
- 4Fill the cup no higher than the MAX line, twist the new blade on until it is tight, then twist the cup clockwise onto the motor base.
