1Unlock the bean hopper, hold it over a container and turn its dial to let the beans out, then refit it and run the grinder until it is empty.
2Unplug the grinder and lift off the hopper.
3Lift the old upper burr out by its wire handle.
4Brush the lower burr and the grind outlet clean with the burr brush. The burrs are sharp.
5Push the new upper burr firmly into place and lock it.
6Refit and lock the hopper, add beans and check your grind.
