  1. 1Unlock the bean hopper, empty out the beans, lock it back on and run the grinder until no more coffee comes out.
  2. 2Turn the machine off, unplug it, then unlock and lift off the hopper (Oracle Dual Boiler: take the lid off first).
  3. 3Turn the upper burr to unlock it and lift it out.
  4. 4Brush the lower burr and the grind outlet clean with the burr brush. The burrs are sharp.
  5. 5Push the new upper burr firmly into place and turn it to lock.
  6. 6Refit and lock the hopper (and lid), add beans and check your grind before you dial in again.
