1Unlock the bean hopper, empty out the beans, lock it back on and run the grinder until no more coffee comes out.
2Turn the machine off, unplug it, then unlock and lift off the hopper.
3Move the grind dial to a coarse setting such as 45, then twist the upper burr holder anticlockwise and lift it out.
4Brush the lower burr clean with the burr brush. The burrs are sharp.
5Line up the dots on the new upper burr with the dot on the lower burr, twist it clockwise and push until it clicks and locks.
6Refit and lock the hopper and lid, then move the grind dial back to your usual setting.
