How to change the SP0110076 grinder burr

- 1Run the grinder until it is empty, turn the machine off, unplug it and lift off the hopper.
- 2Set GRIND SIZE to the finest setting, loosen the nut in the middle of the lower burr with a 10 mm socket (turn it clockwise), then set GRIND SIZE to the coarsest setting.
- 3Unlock and lift out the upper burr. Take off the nut, spring washer and flat washer, then carefully lift out the lower burr. The burrs are sharp.
- 4Brush the grind chute clean, then fit the new lower burr so its drive pin and cavity line up, and refit the flat washer, spring washer and nut. Turn the nut anticlockwise to tighten it.
- 5Fit and lock the new upper burr, set GRIND SIZE back to your usual setting, refit and lock the hopper and check your grind.
