1Open the door and pull the filter up out of the door opening.
2Push the hook to open the filter.
3Gather the lint by hand from both inside parts of the filter and put it in the bin. Electrolux says not to wash this filter with water, so the fibres stay out of the drain.
4If needed, clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner, then close it.
5If needed, vacuum lint from the filter socket and its gasket, then put the filter back in the socket. Never run the dryer without the filter.
