  1. 1Find the filter housing inside the fridge compartment (bottom left drawer area on most models).
  2. 2Turn the old filter about a quarter turn anti-clockwise and pull it straight out. A little water dripping is normal — keep a cloth handy.
  3. 3Remove the new filter's protective cap, push it into the housing and turn clockwise until it clicks into place.
  4. 4Run 2–3 litres of water through the dispenser to flush carbon fines and air, then hold the filter reset button until the indicator resets.
