- 2Hold the old packing and pull it back to take it out.
- 3Insert one side of the new packing first, as if hooking it in, then press down the rest of the perimeter so nothing is folded.
- 4Check every packing is fitted the right way up before juicing: a packing fitted upside-down or only part way lets juice leak.
