How to change the PXLMB-460 blade

Watch the guide or follow the steps.

No clear video for this part yet. The steps cover it.

  1. 1Make sure the blade has stopped, then remove the safety key, the batteries and the grass catcher. Wear gloves: the edges are sharp.
  2. 2Turn the mower over. Hold the blade firmly (a piece of timber helps) and loosen the blade bolt anticlockwise with a 13 mm socket.
  3. 3Remove the blade bolt, washer and blade.
  4. 4Place the new blade over the centre hole, lining up the lugs (on some models the lugs are shaped so the blade only fits one way).
  5. 5Refit the washer and bolt and tighten to about 25 Nm.
