1Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug lead. Put on heavy gloves. Do not lay the mower on its side.
2Commercial 21": work from the grass catcher flap with the rear flap secured. Commercial 560: remove the ejector chute and mulch plug and work from the side base plate opening.
3Undo each blade nut while pressing the bolt head up into the blade disc so the bolt cannot turn, then remove the old blades, bolts and washers.
4Fit the new blades with the new bolts, washers and nuts in the order shown on the pack, pushing each bolt head into the disc. Change both blades together.
5Tighten the nuts to 14-19 Nm, checking by turning the nut, not the bolt.
