How to change the blade in your Victa Commercial 21 Alloy Self Propelled

- 1Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug lead. Put on heavy gloves. Do not lay the mower on its side.
- 2Commercial 21": work from the grass catcher flap with the rear flap secured. Commercial 560: remove the ejector chute and mulch plug and work from the side base plate opening.
- 3Undo each blade nut while pressing the bolt head up into the blade disc so the bolt cannot turn, then remove the old blades, bolts and washers.
- 4Fit the new blades with the new bolts, washers and nuts in the order shown on the pack, pushing each bolt head into the disc. Change both blades together.
- 5Tighten the nuts to 14-19 Nm, checking by turning the nut, not the bolt.
