How to change the cartridge in your Bestway 58675

- 1Unplug the filter pump.
- 2Loosen the hose clamps, take the debris screens out of the pool's inlet and outlet, and fit the stopper plugs so the pool does not drain.
- 3Unscrew the filter cap retainer and lift off the filter cap.
- 4Lift out the cartridge and hose it clean. If it stays soiled or discoloured, fit a new one; Bestway suggests a new cartridge every two weeks.
- 5Centre the cartridge in the pump, check the cap seal is in place, then refit the cap and screw the retainer down.
- 6Swap the stopper plugs back for the debris screens and tighten the clamps. Open the air purge valve on top until water comes out, close it, then plug the pump in. Skimatic pumps (58462, 58469) differ: see Bestway's Skimatic cartridge video.
