1Let the cooker cool, make sure there is no pressure left and open the lid.
2Remove the old silicone gasket from the lid and check the number inside it matches the new ring's.
3Make sure the edge of the lid is clean and the safety nubs move freely.
4Insert the new gasket so it lies completely flat on the inside of the lid, under the inward-curving edge.
5Press it in front of the safety nubs, away from the lid edge, then close the lid.
