How long it lasts
Replace it every 3 to 6 weeks in good conditions, Husqvarna says (2 to 5 weeks on the 520 and 550 EPOS, 4 to 7 weeks on the 105); check the blades weekly while the mower is new, and replace all blades and screws together.
After replacing: No reset needed. Husqvarna says to replace the screws every time you replace the blades.
How to change the 577 86 46-03 robot mower blade

- 1Push STOP and switch the mower off: set the main switch to 0 if your Automower has one (the 310, 315 and other older models); otherwise hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until the indicator lamp goes out. Put on protective gloves.
- 2Turn the mower upside down onto a soft, clean surface so the body does not get scratched.
- 3Turn the skid plate until its holes line up with the blade screws.
- 4Undo the screws with a screwdriver and remove the blades (3 on most models; 5 on the 500-series EPOS and 535 AWD models).
- 5Fit new Husqvarna blades with the new screws. Replace all blades and screws at the same time: used screws wear and can let a blade come loose.
- 6Check that every blade pivots freely.
