How long it lasts
Replace it when the filters are damaged or no longer come clean; LG says brush the exhaust filter and wash it under running water at least once a month and let it dry for 24 hours. LG gives no interval.

- 1Switch the vacuum off and remove the battery.
- 2Hold the exhaust filter cover on top of the motor body, turn it to the left and lift it up.
- 3Lift out the exhaust filter and pre-filter. Clean dust off the motor with the combination tool; never wet the motor.
- 4Fit the new filters, keeping the sponge on the exhaust filter, then close the cover and turn it to the right to lock.
- 5Swap the cyclonic mesh filter in the dust bin at the same time if it is worn.
