What happens if I don't change the pre-filter?

A clogged pre-filter lets less air through: suction drops and the motor works harder.

Does Valet make a compatible filter?

Valet makes the genuine filter. Compatible filters for Valet models are made by other companies to fit the same models, and Australian sellers we track list both; each part page shows the genuine and compatible prices side by side.

How do I reset the filter reminder on a Valet vacuum?

No reset. Ducted vacuum power units have no bag or filter reminder.
