1Unplug the motor base. When the blades stop, twist the cup anticlockwise to unlock it and lift it off.
2Turn the cup upright and unscrew the old blade, holding it by the base: the blades are sharp.
3Leave the seal in the new blade; NutriBullet says it isn't designed to come out.
4Fill the cup no higher than the MAX line, twist the new blade on until it is tight, then twist the cup clockwise onto the motor base.
