1Run out the beans, unplug the grinder and drop out the grind adjustment assembly at the blue install/remove mark.
2Pull the cone burr and holder off the adjustment assembly and pull the exit chute off the holder.
3Fully loosen the bolt in the bottom of the holder with the 5 mm hex key. Put the bolt back in loosely, set the key in its head and tap the key on the bench to push the old burr off.
4Seat the new burr so the holder tabs sit fully in the slots under it, then tighten the bolt as far as it goes and refit the chute.
5Press the adjustment assembly back onto the holder and refit it at the blue marks until it clicks.
