1Grind out any beans and unplug the grinder.
2Turn the grind setting collar fully anticlockwise until its line meets the grind setting indicator, then lift it off.
3Turn the quick-release knob clockwise to remove it.
4Lift out the flow control disk and the old ring burr (the cone burr lifts out too if you are changing it).
5Fit the new ring burr, put the other parts back in the reverse order you took them out, then refit the grind setting collar.
