- 1Grind out any beans and unplug the grinder.
- 2Turn the grind setting collar fully anticlockwise until its line meets the grind setting indicator, then lift it off.
- 3Turn the quick-release knob clockwise to remove it.
- 4Lift out the flow control disk and the old ring burr (the cone burr lifts out too if you are changing it).
- 5Fit the new ring burr, put the other parts back in the reverse order you took them out, then refit the grind setting collar.
