How to clean the filters of your Miele T1 dryer · Miele Canada (official)
  1. 1Take out the fragrance flacon if one is fitted, open the door and pull the upper fluff filter forwards to remove it.
  2. 2Remove the fluff from the surface of all the fluff filters and the perforated laundry deflector. A vacuum cleaner lets you do it without touching the fluff.
  3. 3For a thorough clean, turn the yellow dial on the lower fluff filter, hold the dial and pull that filter forwards. Vacuum the upper air flow openings with a long crevice nozzle.
  4. 4Wipe the smooth plastic parts with a damp cloth, rinse the filters under warm running water, shake them and dry them carefully. Wet filters can cause faults.
  5. 5Push the lower filter in and lock it with the yellow dial, push the upper filter in until it clicks, and close the door. To clear the reminder light, open and close the door with the dryer on.
