- 1Stop the mower, let the blades stop completely, and remove the battery and the safety key. Wear heavy gloves or wrap the blade edges.
- 2Work from the grass catcher flap with the rear flap secured in a raised position.
- 3Undo each blade nut while pressing the bolt head up into the blade disc: the diamond shape under the head stops it turning. Remove the old blades, bolts and washers.
- 4Fit the new blades with the new bolts, washers and nuts in the order shown on the pack, pushing each bolt head into the disc. Change blades, bolts, nuts and washers as a set.
- 5Tighten the nuts, checking tightness by turning the nut, not the bolt.
