How to change the service kit in your STIHL FS 70 R

- 1Stop the engine and let it cool, then move the choke lever to the choke position.
- 2Turn the screw in the filter cover anticlockwise, take the cover off and clean loose dirt from around the filter.
- 3Take out the fleece air filter and fit the new one from the kit, then refit the cover.
- 4Pull off the spark plug boot, unscrew the plug and screw in the new one (gap 0.5 mm, STIHL says). Press the boot firmly home.
- 5Swap the fuel filter using the hook in the kit box.
