How to change the sealing ring in your Instant Pot Rio 5.7L

- 1Unplug the cooker and let it cool, then open the lid and turn it upside down.
- 2Grip the edge of the old ring and pull it out from behind the round stainless-steel ring rack.
- 3Check the rack is secure, centred and level all the way round. Don't try to fix a bent rack.
- 4Place the new ring over the rack and press it down firmly all the way round so there is no puckering.
- 5Check it sits snug behind the rack and stays put when you turn the lid over. Fit only one ring at a time, then close the lid.
