- 2Fill the bottle with cold water up to the fill line. Carbonate water only; add flavour afterwards.
- 3Snap-lock machines (Terra, E-Terra, Art, Enso, Fresh, Classic, Spirit, One Touch, Source, Power): tilt the bottle rest towards you, push the bottle neck into the head, then push the bottle up and back until it clicks. There should be a small gap under the bottle.
- 4Gaia and Genesis: screw the bottle into the head. Duo and E-Duo: put the bottle in the flask, return the flask upright and lock the lever.
- 5When the fizz is right, release the bottle as your machine shows and wait for the hiss of escaping gas before you take it off. Never force it out.
