  1. 1Switch the steamer off (SC 1 Upright: press the steam on/off switch with your foot) and unplug it. Let the floor head and cloth cool.
  2. 2Wearing shoes, put one foot on the bottom corner of the used cloth and lift the floor head up and off it.
  3. 3Lay the new cloth on the floor with the hook-and-loop strips facing up.
  4. 4Stand the floor head on the centre of the cloth and press lightly until it holds.
  5. 5Wash used cloths at up to 60 °C without fabric softener; do not tumble-dry them.
