How to change the cell on your Waterco chlorinator

  1. 1Set the chlorinator to off and turn the filter pump off.
  2. 2Disconnect the cables from the cell's terminals.
  3. 3Unscrew the barrel unions and take the cell off the pipework, then remove the old electrode assembly from the cell body.
  4. 4Fit the new electrode assembly with its O-rings seated, refit the cell and tighten the unions.
  5. 5Reconnect the cables, start the pump and check for leaks, then turn the chlorinator back on.
