  1. 1Grind out any beans left in the hopper, then unplug the grinder.
  2. 2Turn the hopper anticlockwise until its indicator lines up with the triangle near setting 40, and lift it off.
  3. 3Use the grind adjustment tabs to turn the adjustment ring fully anticlockwise, then lift the ring burr straight out by its two lifting tabs. Keep the hopper gasket.
  4. 4Fit the new ring burr with its red lifting tab lined up with the red mark on the adjustment ring (near setting 30) and press it fully down.
  5. 5Put the hopper gasket on top, thick side down inside the plastic rim of the ring burr.
  6. 6Line the hopper up with the triangle near 40, push it down and turn it clockwise until it clicks.
